Old Farm Cottage Reviews

Beautiful place so peaceful, everything was spotless will return.
Tracey
The most relaxing stay Ive had in years such a beautiful location and great for exploring the area Ludlow and Leominster particular favourites. The hot tub was a welcome addition after days out watching the hares running across the garden. The host was lovely and we were well looked after. We will be returning
Claire
Beautiful cottage, clean and comfortable. Amazing views with walks on the doorstep. Had a lovely weekend away with our pooches.
What a fabulous cottage. The owners were friendly and helpful, and left a lovely welcome basket of chocolates, savories, cookies and pods for the Nespresso machine. They also left tea, coffee, sugar and milk, along with dishwasher tablets and pods for the washing machine. Not to mention the his and hers dressing gowns! The cottage itself is exactly as it looks in the listing, with the exception of the garden, which was even better. Opening the door into the garden, literally all you hear is the birds and sheep, it was the most amazing, peaceful place to relax. We were lucky to have amazing weather all week, so found it very difficult to tear ourselves away and explore the area. It was a tranquil oasis, we loved sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set. Nearby Tenbury Wells is about a 15 minutes drive away, which was a nice small town, with a few nice coffee shops, a lovely park, and a Tesco Superstore. We also went to Ludlow, around 30 minutes away, which was well worth a visit. Both Tesco and Sainsbury's deliver to the cottage, as does the Indian restaurant in Tenbury Wells. I couldn't come up with any negatives, this cottage is right up there with the best, and the owners and cleaning staff deserve tremendous credit for the thought and live that they have put into the place.
We have just had a lovely 5 nights at Old Farm Cottage, Rhiannon and Andy have certainly made this beautiful home welcoming and tranquil, for their guests. The cottage has every you needhome from home. The hot tub was a welcoming asset every night after a day of exploroing worcester. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well each night. Such a peaceful place to stay! We would not rule out coming back again for sure. Our Jack Russel Charlie also had a fabulous time, the back garden is enclosed and safe for your dogs to be around you when spending time in the hot tub.
A lovely cottage which has everything you need for a great holiday. Garden is great for dogs with added bonus of Hot Tub.

We had a lovely week at the cottage. We took our dog, who also enjoyed himself. The cottage was well kitted out for the two of us. The kitchen had everything that we needed, like home from home really. We met the owners who allowed us to use part of their garden to exercise the dog, which was very kind indeed. The bed was comfy & the shower was amazing. We made good use of the hot tub didn't use the bath but it was a large, comfy looking bath. We would definitely go back again and recommend this cottage to friends and family. I would recommend taking some mosquito spray, as we got munched on quite a bit.
Lovely owners who were accessible when needed. Peaceful and gorgeous retreat with lovely views of countryside Would highly recommend
Gorgeous little cottage. The owners have thought of every thing. Little welcome basket with cookies and home made jams aswell as milk in the fridge. Amazing views of the sunset sat in the hot tub after a day of walking. Lovely walks nearby aswell as right on the doorstep through a gate at the bottom of the garden. Great restaurants and pubs nearby too, had a lovely meal at The Peacock pub on Newyears eve which is only a short drive away. We will definitely be back.
Lovely stay and switch off in rural Worcestershire. Plenty to see and do within a 30minute drive. The cottage itself is well equipped and maintained. Little touches like the welcome gift basket and the heating being on prior to arrival speak volumes to how the hosts are on hand to support without being intrusive. Having the hot tub and its views to relax in after a day of pottering was always welcome.
Kirsty
Wow what a fantastic cottage. Owners helpful and friendly but in no way intrusive . Cottage had everything we needed. The hot tub and views were amazing. Gorgeous area with walks directly from the garden Its very apparent that a lot of thought and effort has been made by the owners to make this a fabulous property for visitors to have a relaxing and stress free break Would highly recommend to others
We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and well equipped cottage. The Hot tub was an added bonus and was spotlessly clean. Garden was secure and ideal for our small dog. Fast internet was a nice surprise for streaming films.

What a wonderful place to stay. Stuck out in the middle of nowhere. Waking up to various bird songs and sheep bleeting. Beats the screeching of seagulls where we live. Property was clean, well presented and functional. Nice toch of a little welcome basket, milk in the fridge and coffee pods for the machine. Although owners house was in the grounds, we only saw them when we arrived and when we left. We had a week staying here and if it hadn't been booked for after we had left we would have extended our stay. Fully relaxed. Now we are home it is all bit forgotten. Shame. Definitely worth the visit. Thanks Rhiannon and Andy
Rhianna and Andy have thought of everything and this is the best equipped cottage that we have stayed in. They also helped us with local places to visit. The cottage is lovely and the garden secure for our dogs. They do have a robo mower which kept our dogs mesmerised
We had a wonderful sunny week at Old Farm Cottage. Rhiannan and Andy were very kind and have lots of tips on good walks and nice places to eat. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making sure that the Cottage was equipped with everything needed for a relaxing week away. The welcome basket and milk in the fridge was so thoughtful. Our dogs enjoyed the treats left for them and the secured garden was perfect for them while we enjoyed the sunshine and the hot tub. Thank you both very much!
Lesley
The cottage is planned perfectly for a romantic week away. The underfloor heating is extremely helpful to make the stay warm & inviting as well as dog friendly. This is definitely the best cottage we have stayed in and would recommend to friends & family.
Denise
What can I say about this little gem of a cottage. It is so beautifully decorated and furnished which was so comfortable and had everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The weather was glorious during our stay so we made full use of the hot tub which was perfectly situated in the garden so we could enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and views as we sipped our drinks, just perfect. The enclosed garden gave us peace of mind with our 2 dogs. The girls loved the garden, especially Noah the auto mower, ha ha. We would definitely recommend this beautiful cottage and we hope to go back soon.
A wonderful visit, delightful accommodation which is very well equipped. Idyllic garden with wonderful views and friendly owners. Lots of lovely places to visit nearby too.
Fantastic cottage in a beautiful area. The cottage is very well maintained and makes you feel very relaxed. The hot tub was spotless too. We couldnt fault it at all.

Its clear that the hosts have thought of every detail to make it a perfect getaway. The location is absolutely idealsurrounded by stunning views and nature, and even spent time relaxing in the lovely garden and hot tub which is an absolute bonus. What really made our stay special was the personal touch from the owners. They were so welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed, offering great local recommendations and even leaving a little welcome hamper with some delicious treats! We highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a peaceful, idyllic retreat.

Phillip
What a fantastic cottage this is. So homely and lovely and just what we wanted. Andy and Rhiannon the lovely couple that own the cottage and live next door and are so friendly and treat you like friends as soon as you meet them. Everything about our stay in old farm cottage was great and the walks with my little cocker spaniel in a morning where fantastic even if I did feel at times like I was intruding in peoples backyards through the farmyards on the public footpath. All in all if we were to stay in this area again I wouldnt hesitate in booking old farm cottage again because I loved it.
Beautiful setting, with lots of locally accessible walks in the countryside. Exceptionally clean and tidy, hot tub a bonus. Owner Rhiannon friendly and helpful. Local town Tenbury Wells has everything you need.
Kurtis
We loved our weekend break staying here. The cottage feels very cosy and the scenery was stunning, making for a very relaxing weekend. We couldnt be more grateful to the hosts for going out of their way to help us when we were a bit stuck with some plans. I would 100 recommend staying here for a peaceful and relaxing break with lovely, accommodating hosts.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautifully restored cosy cottage in a peaceful pretty spot. Rhiannon & Andy had thought of everything and left us a lovely welcome pack. On arrival it was the cleanest cottage we have stayed in and the hot tub was the icing on the cake after days of exploring the area. Our 2 dogs loved the totally enclosed garden they felt at home straightaway. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well. Now home, we have happy memories of our wonderful stay, it was just what we needed thank you!

Beautiful grounds in a quiet, secluded area. The cottage was very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Everything was there that we needed. Only concern really was around the steepnarrow staircase ok for us youngish couple! but would be difficult for elderly.
A little gem in a lovely, very rural area. The house is perfect and we'll equipped and the hot tub is lovely to relax in and watch the sunset!! The hosts, Rhiannon and Andy are lovely and ensured we had everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely holiday guys!!! A lovely place for a relaxing break!!
