This retreat is set within the peaceful village of Bushley where you can enjoy a wealth of walking and cycling from your front door. This central location offers easy access to the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, New for 2025 Cotswold Designer Outlet under 5 miles, The Malvern Hills, and Three Counties Showground, all within 30 miles. Spend a day in the Cotswolds, 25 miles away, where you can take your pick of picturesque villages or wander one of the many National Trust gardens. Take a 10-mile drive to Cheltenham, famed for a day at the races or one of their many festivals, or take in the medieval market town of Tewkesbury that’s only 1.5 miles down the road. The area has a vibrant calendar hosting events throughout the year to suit all tastes, including food festivals, the Tewkesbury Medieval Festival and the Blossom Trail. Set within a peaceful hamlet, this pretty single-storey cottage offers a warm welcome to all that come and stay. Step inside to the entrance porch where you can leave a day exploring behind with space for coats and boots. The living space is open plan and perfect for relaxing; there is a TV/DVD with a small collection of films for you to enjoy. The kitchen/diner is light and spacious and equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. For a simple supper, there is a dining table and chairs that will accommodate four guests. And when the day is done you will find two bedrooms, a double bedroom that overlooks the cottage garden and a single room. Off the hallway, there is a shower room with a double walk-in shower and the WC is separate from this. The cottage garden can be found to the rear and side of the cottage, there are table and chairs for summer dining and a gas BBQ too. There is off-road parking for two cars and bike storage.
