There is a separate dining room available with another woodburning stove making it perfect for catching up with friends over dinner. Outside the cottage you can relax in the front garden which has immediate access to the river and provides garden furniture and plenty of space for family ball games, a picnic lunch or barbecue, plus a rear paved area is also available. The intimate town of Upton-upon-Severn is just a short walk away and has many individual shops, antique centres, tea rooms and traditional pubs serving real ales and locally sourced food. The town also boasts its very own vineyard, museum, 'The Pudding Shop' and a heritage centre. Within easy reach is Malvern and the dramatic Malvern Hills, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and offers visitors hours of entertainment whether it be walking and cycling in the hills, exploring the town or taking in one of the many shows at the local theatre. Just a short drive away is the Forest of Dean, Gloucester and many Cotswold towns and villages, whilst further afield you can enjoy the towns of Stratford-upon-Avon, Worcester and Ledbury for a great day out.
