To the front of the property, there is an enclosed lawned garden and patio area, with a table and chairs provided - the ideal space to sit out and watch the sunset with a welcome glass of wine. There is off-road parking available for two cars. The nearby pub, The Village Inn, offers a varied menu and local ales, Thurlestone Hotel is well worth a visit for an indulgent Devon cream tea. Thurlestone beach and the South West Coast Path is only a short walk away with two golf courses (9 and 18 hole) also on the doorstep. The nearby beaches at Hope Cove, Bantham and Bigbury are the ideal places to enjoy a variety of water sports during the summer months.
